All the great Leaders for Centuries have agreed that "We become what we think about" so wouldn't it be smart to choose your THOUGHTS carefully?

When we choose a negative thought, it is negative energy that leaves our body, that negative vibration can only attract negative circumstances and people in the same type of energy. How do you like that?



Winners, in life as in poker, aren't dealt better hands. Winners play the hands they are dealt better.

Very successful people EXPECT SUCCESS, THEY EXPECT TO WIN. They believe they can achieve everything they set their mind to.

Your Actions are caused by the vibration you are in. Think positive, believe you can do it. Now go out and ACT on it.....



You see most people are extras in their own movie. - You can choose to be the Director of yours....

Example : IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR INCOME BUT YOU DON'T CHANGE YOUR SELF IMAGE YOUR GOING TO BE DEAD IN THE WATTER, IT'S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.(It is your Self Image that dictates what you believe you can achieve)


YOU SEE WE ARE ALL TRYING TO GET TO A POINT WE ARE NOT AT - WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS, WE ARE SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS ALL THE TIME....

You are the one who wants better Results right? If you are in sales you are the one that wants more Commission. So doesn't it make sense that you will have to IMPROVE YOUR SELF?

How do I approach each Day!!!

The truth is You have to be involved in a Mission with PASSION otherwise your going to work!
Also You have to be one tough cookie if you are going to win in a big way….
As I very often tell my clients: If it would be easy everybody would be #Successful, everybody would be doing what they love to do most on this planet and actually get payed to do it.

The sad truth is only 1 - 3 people out of 100 do it…

Yesterday alone two people told me how lucky I was that I am my own Boss,that I don't have to be at work by 8 AM, I make my own schedule and how much they would love to feel the way I do about their job.

No man you don't, if you have to tell me about it you are not prepared to do what is required, you've got to be tough if your going to win in A BIG WAY. You have to leave victim hood behind a few times/a day, and when you hit a wall that nearly knocks the daylight out of you.... you must treat it like that was normal.... Wasn't it???? Ha,ha,ha. And very important: learn from your Lesson and keep going.

Oh, and almost forgot to tell you this and if you didn't LEARN YOUR LESSON you'll keep getting the same Lesson until you will learn it...
In any Project there are escape patches…and if U don't weld those escape patches closed I guarantee you'll hit them, you will.


And if your not strong you don't deserve to win. That's about the way it works.

So here's the answer:

What you do with your life is in your hands!!! We should only do what we absolutely love o do. We only have one life to live. This is not a practice run, THIS IS IT.
We don't get a second chance. Give it all you've got, do what your passionate about and do it with all your heart....

P.S. And if you are my client my promise to you is : I will not do my best - I WILL DO WHATEVER IS REQUIRED TO HELP YOU AND ME WIN IN BIG WAY.

What is Confidence? How do you define Confidence?

For me CONFIDENCE is Belief in myself with every cell of my body.
Believing that I can do and achieve everything I set my mind to. The ability to give myself a command and finding the strength to follow trough. Take full responsibility for my actions and Learn from mistakes. Take Risks and always, always go the Extra Mile.

The ability to take action regardless of the obstacles in my way.
Choosing to always focus on finding the solution in stead of focusing on the problem.

But I think most important, constantly choosing to STEP FORWARD INTO GROWTH instead of stepping back into Safety when a New opportunity to Grow presents itself.

To achieve a New Goal - it's never possible without feeling uncomfortable - Why is that?

Well, to achieve a New Goal means becoming somebody we have never been before, becoming a person with a higher Level of Awareness.

I think THE BIGGEST MISTAKE A LEADER CAN MAKE… and YOU?

What an interesting variety of answers...wow, love it, love it - i think my level of awareness grew by 100 centimeters...LOL. See what it does to yours.



Earlier I was watching a very empowering video and you know as a coach my mind is just fascinated with the variety of points of view and definitions of words or phrases and how people see,understand or define the same word or circumstance in a completely different way.

So here are some of the answers of some great Leaders in no particular order.

NR.1 Being Certain.

As we know things are rapidly and constantly changing, things are unpredictable. We can't act as if we know. When you think you know u don't pay any attention anymore, why bother, you know it already. A Leader should learn to exploit the Power in uncertainty. (Love this one.)

NR.2 Betraying Trust.
Absolutely, I mean who will give it her or his best to someone they don't trust.

NR.3 Not living up to their values.

NR.4 Being so enamored with their Vision that they loose all capacity for Self doubt.
True, what are the voices you are disenfranchising.

NR.5 Personal arrogance.
Creates social distance and power distance - which is demotivating and could lead to big mistakes.

NR.6 Acting to fast before thinking trough the issue.
Take a step back seek advice and approach with a new VISION OF where you are going

NR.7 It's all about the Leader.
It has to be about something larger than yourself…

NR.8 Not being authentic and consistent.
Be the same nice human being at all times.

NR.9 Not be Self reflective.
Great Leaders are constantly reviewing their behavior, thinking about developing themselves and how their behavior effects other people.

My Opinion is:
NR.10 Being judgemental.
When people feel judged we loose all power to influence them. And as Leaders we have to send people in a New direction towards a New Vision.As a Leader you must influence the thoughts feelings and ACTIONS of those you Lead. And that requires a lot of understanding.
