Do you believe it's Talent or Practice or Hard work?
If you rely on talent to get you there, will it get you there? Where?
Well, where you're going in life. Where are you going? What do you really want?
And before you'll be willing to make the kind of commitment that is required to get there my friend, you must have a very clear answer to that question.
So, don't read any further until you make a commitment that you'll take 30 min. today and write down the answer to that question.
Do you believe you'll achieve higher levels of success if you poses innate talent for excelling in your field?
OR
Do you believe very specific practice will get you to higher levels of success?
If you have the right answer and you believe that, there is a chance that you will do the work that is necessary to achieve high level performance, to achieve world class levels of success.

Practice! Practice! Practice! Sometimes I actually think innate talent can get in our way. Because talent comes naturally, we don't think we need to practice to get better at what we do -- and so we don't spend a lot of time consciously thinking about what it is we want to do and how we want to move our work into the world.
