The Fixed Habit I need to create to achieve my Goal. 90 Day Challenge.


To improve Results in any area - be that taking our business to the next level, increase our Sales Performance, Weight loss, Improve our Relationship (s) - we must apply a few New Rules until their application becomes a Fixed Habit of ours.
Sporadic or occasional application of the Rules will be of no value to you.

The Achievement of any New Goal starts with Persistence. Persistence - is the essential factor in Changing/ Improving your Results.
The basis of Persistence is the power of WILL.

We must build an Image of our Goal and keep planting the Image in UR Subconscious Mind until the Image manifest into Form.
In other words forget the past, build a New Image of yourself and buy into it. We buy into it trough repetition, day in and day out.
And let me tell you my friends, that is about the only difference between the very successful and the not so....
The very successful are not any brighter than anyone else, they just learned to do day in and day out what the not so successful are not willing to do.

It is their PERSISTENCE that separates them from the rest.
In our next post we will be talking about our Intellectual Factors and how we can use them to take quantum leaps towards our Goals.

Are you still blaming others or your circumstances? Take Responsibility!
The A,B,C To Improved Results- 90 Days to Calmness & Self - Control

Taking responsibility for your actions is an absolutely necessary step for advancement, growth and #SUCCESS.
It is nobody else. This deal is between you and yourself, nobody else.
Whenever you have a problem the person you should talk to is always available for conversation.
As long as you are stuck blaming others for anything.... you loose.
Today - please take 15-30 min. and write down in what area of your life you think you are stuck getting "THE SAME RESULTS" - over and over and over.....year after year, after year.
Could be your Relationship (s), your Finances, your Health,etc. - write it down, then think of 3 things you know that if you would do different starting TODAY, those Results would change. Write down the 3 things as well.

Please write it down. Remember ! Who doesn't do step NR.1 will never do Step NR.2

If you are not changing your ATTITUDE, you are choosing it....



So, here we are on our 90 Day Journey towards Calm, Peaceful,more Aware Confident Self. In the next few months I will help you guide yourself towards better understanding why you do some of the things you do or why you don't do some of the things you want to do.

You know it is so easy to remain a victim of the past, and I have this conversation with many clients and friends on regular basis.

Unfortunately we have not been thought in school how to think, how to behave,how to understand ourselves (basic things wright?)
But even more important to take responsibility for our own Attitude and Results in all areas of life. And I promise you something as long as you think / blame other people or circumstances for your Results in any area of life you are stuck my friends.
As long as you believe that for you to get better you have to change everybody else or to send everybody else to the psychologist you are going around and around in circles.
DO YOU KNOW WHY?


Because you can only control your own Actions, Reactions and most important YOUR OWN ATTITUDE - nobody else's.

Let me give you a great example: Two days ago I was talking to one of my clients (she is very upset with someone in her life) - and she asked me : Well, what would you do if he did ........to you? My answer : First he didn't do it to you - nobody can do anything to you without your approval. Second - a few years back I would have done exactly what you are doing - today I would control my own ATTITUDE, mind my own business and wait for the person to raise to my own level of awareness.

The only level you should be debating at is your own. Because that is the one you are a "Pro" at. If you allow others the get you to their level, they'll beat you with experience.

So, what do you choose?

Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom. It is the result of long and patient effort in self-control. Its presence is an indication of ripened experience, and of a more than ordinary knowledge of the laws and operations of thought.
A man becomes calm in the measure that he understands himself as a thought-evolved being, for such knowledge necessitates the understanding of others as the result of thought. As he develops a right understanding, and sees more and more clearly the internal relations of things by the action of cause and effect, he ceases to fuss and fume and worry and grieve, and remains poised, steadfast, serene.
The calm man, having learned how to govern himself, knows how to adapt himself to others; and they, in turn, reverence his spiritual strength, and feel that they can learn of him and rely upon him. The more tranquil a man becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good. Even the ordinary trader will find his business prosperity increase as he develops a greater self-control and equanimity, for people will always prefer to deal with a man whose demeanor is strongly equable.
The strong calm man is always loved and revered. He is like a shade-giving tree in a thirsty land, or a sheltering rock in a storm. Who does not love a tranquil heart, a sweet-tempered, balanced life? It does not matter whether it rains or shines, or what changes come to those possessing these blessings, for they are always sweet, serene, and calm. That exquisite poise of character which we call serenity is the last lesson culture; it is the flowering of life, the fruitage of the soul. It is precious as wisdom, more to be desired than gold - yea, than even fine gold. How insignificant mere money-seeking looks in comparison with a serene life - a life that dwells in the ocean of Truth, beneath the waves, beyond the reach of tempests, in the Eternal Calm!
"How many people we know who sour their lives, who ruin all that is sweet and beautiful by explosive tempers, who destroy their poise of character, and make bad blood! It is a question whether the great majority of people do not ruin their lives and mar their happiness by lack of self-control. How few people we meet in life who are well-balanced, who have that exquisite poise which is characteristic of the finished character!"
Yes, humanity surges with uncontrolled passion, is tumultuous with ungoverned grief, is blown about by anxiety and doubt. Only the wise man, only he whose thoughts are controlled and purified, makes the winds and the storms of the soul obey him.
Tempest-tossed souls, wherever ye may be, under whatsoever conditions ye may live, know this - in the ocean of life the isles of Blessedness are smiling, and sunny shore of your ideal awaits your coming. Keep your hand firmly upon the helm of thought. In the bark of your soul reclines the commanding Master; He does but sleep; wake Him. Self-control is strength; Right Thought is mastery; Calmness is power.
Say unto your heart, "Peace, be still!"

90 Day Self Development Calm, Confident Challenge

My life changed dramatically when I decided to improve my own Attitude. Both in business and in my relationships.

You know, staying calm under any circumstance is a choice, self-control is a choice.
As adult, thinking human beings we can make that choice.
First place to start is awarness. In my case I started to be aware that I could do a better job in some areas like : being more patient, more understanding, and most important guiding my own attitude.
As we all know, making a Commitment it's easy, but living into it not so.
To keep a commitment requires daily self development,self study,new information in the area of human potential/ self development, understanding and aplication of the new information.
Studying with and being mentored by one of the most wonderful people on this planet Bob Proctor helped me understand that the only way to get to a more calm, relaxed, peaceful, confident me was trough creating a New Habit and replacing the old habit that was not giving me the results I wanted anymore.
Now the question is : how do we create a New Habit?
And the answer is: trough repetetion just like we created the current habits that we have, some good and some not so good.

The purpose of self-discipline is to build habits. Winners do daily what losers do occasionally as my friend Randy Gage would say.
So, some of the things I expleined above might give you the answer to why so many people fail at keeping a commitmen, any kind of commitment, like New Year resolution for example, or just our simple everyday promisses to ourselves like : I'm never going to do that again...fail.

So in the next 90 Days I will guide you towards improved, calm, confident, patient, more aware you.

Endless planning to take.... Action!

Endless planning to take action! Or, I'll do that as soon as....

Do you find yourself in the position where you have lots of aspirations but you are stuck?
You have been planing for the last few years but another year has gone by and you are in the same place as you were last year....

There are many absolutely brilliant people that never take action, they are forever in a confused state.
WHY?
Do you think it is a Self Image problem? Most probably so.

Our Self Image will dictate every single move we make.

Now you might ask yourself what is Self Image?

Self Image is nothing more than what we believe about ourselves, what we believe we can achieve. And let me tell you something that you really need to know if you ever want to achieve higher results in life. You will never out perform your Self Image.

If you want to improve your results it just makes sense that you have to improve you.

First place to start is Self Development. To be able to guide self trough life one must understand self. All great achievers understand self, they take time everyday to grow as human beings.

Another very important step would be to set a goal that you don't know how to achieve. Goals are to grow, the purpose of a Goal is growth.

You have to go after what you really want. The prerequisite is you got to want it. And if you don't want it the first little bump in the road and you'll quit.So, go after what you really want.

Then I think your goals should be illogical, should be unrealistic, you've got to break trough that logic barrier that is controlled by your paradigm.


Call to Action:
1. Imagine yourself doing all the things you want, go wherever you want, when you want, hanging out with the people you want.

2. Write down How your Perfect Day looks like.


So, spend some time really thinking and writing and we'll pick it up where we left it in our next post.
